OUR STORY

Our story begins in July of 1999 when we first began to import frozen Yorkshire Puddings into North America. In 2001 we established out own bakery, on Westminster Ave., in Cambridge Ontario, thus THE WESTMINSTER YORKSHIRE PUDDING CO.

Our head baker was producing Yorkshires of equal or better quality than those coming from Britain. However being ever so humble  she shied away from attention so in her honour the character "AUNT MINI" was  designed for marketing purposes.

 

We currently market 6 different sizes and shapes of Yorkshire Puddings with more on the way. Our retail product "Aunt Mini" is avaible in the freezer cabinets of most retail grocery chains and independant grocer stores.
